Symptoms of gluten allergy are generally similar to that of normal digestive disorder with signs of painful stomach, bowel irritation, gastric effects, diarrhea etc. These effects of gluten allergy are clearer to be caused due to excess intake of gluten protein present in the wheat, rye, oats and barley. Generally patients are unaware of the condition of allergy as a result continues to take all the food stuff irrespective of the gluten presence that triggers the case more badly.

Symptoms of gluten allergy

Getting along with the upcoming lifestyle has changed our eating habits that contain more of the sugar, fat, salt and more added flavors and preservatives. Gluten intolerance symptoms are more in the list that are similar to most of the common digestive issues.

  • Irritating sensation in the bowels and behavioral changes.
  • Inflammatory effect in the digestive track with skin rashes and redness of skin in the buttocks and lower back.
  • Gastro intestinal problem that includes the common symptoms of stomach problems such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal pain and bloating.

Doctors find it difficult at the first stage while they need to confirm the case with the gluten infective blood test. Most of the time gluten allergy is mistook for lactose intolerance or irritable bowel syndrome as they also have the problems of gastro intestinal problems and uncontrolled bowel subsiding problems with uneasiness in the body.

Gluten symptoms are more in common that are more specific where the first treatment starts with the maintenance of diet that limits the inclusion of gluten substance. Gluten allergy symptoms untreated on time leads to more serious issues resulting in gluten intolerance or celiac disease symptoms. Diet for gluten allergy must include the food without the presence of gluten proteins food stuff such as wheat products like breads, cookies, floors or oats, barley and rye are be avoided. Gluten allergies similar to other yeast allergy symptoms get worsen when they are restricted in the food intake.

Skin allergy is one of the common issues that are related to the skin and there are
various causes of skin allergy and heredity is one of them.

Skin allergy in younger children is caused due to the weak immunity and this when left uncared for may take longer to cure. With the increased levels in the pollution and the contaminated drinking water there is a larger possibility of a person developing skin allergy.

Some of the metals are also allergic to some people and are better avoided. Even cosmetic products can have a negative effect on the skin. Sometimes dust allergy and drugs can also lead to troubles in the skin.

Natural remedies for skin allergies

Before you can begin with treating the skin allergies you are affected with, you
need to discover the exact factor you are allergic to and stay away from it as much
as possible.

A paste of sandalwood and lime can greatly help in providing relief from the
itching that is relevant to the skin allergy.

If you are prone to dust allergy, don’t forget to wash your face with lukewarm
water every time you return from outside. This removes the bacteria that are
responsible for the skin allergies.

A mixture of ground poppy seeds and water, when applied to the infected areas
makes a good treatment for skin allergies.

Shift to a diet that contains fresh fruits and vegetables and so that the immunity
system gets better by the day. When there is an increased level of immunity, the
prospect of skin allergies are less.

For getting rid of the hives nothing works as best as an application of calamine
lotion on the affected areas.

Apply aloe vera gel or vitamin E oil on the affected areas and witness the speedy
recovery from the skin allergies.

Consumption of herbal tea, peppermint tea or passionflower tea helps in curing of
hives too.

A glass of water with two tablespoons of cider vinegar is also another natural
remedy for getting over the skin allergies.

For soothing of the skin and itches you can rub ice on the areas that are affected.
This also reduces inflammation and the rashes on the skin.

Applying a paste of garden mint and water on the afflicted areas is another
effectual remedy for skin allergy.

Licorice root is another popular remedy for skin allergy as it promotes the
production of a few hormones, reduces inflammation and the level of interferon,
which fights against the skin allergy causing viruses is increased.
